Most products start at 50 to 100 units. Theme kits may have higher MOQ
How soon should we place an order?
Please allow 7 to 21 days. For festivals place orders earlier.
2. Branding and Mock Ups
What branding options are available?
Screen, UV, laser, embroidery, stickers and sleeves.
Do you provide mock ups?
Yes, digital mock ups are included. Physical samples are optional.
3. Pricing and Payments
Do you share price bands?
We share price ranges during curation and a final quote after selections.
What are the payment terms?
Standard advance with balance before dispatch unless agreed otherwise.
4. Delivery and Logistics
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, PAN India delivery with tracking is available.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, we handle split shipments.
5. Quality and Replacements
What if items are damaged in transit?
We replace damaged items reported within the defined window with photos.
Do you offer warranty?
Warranty is product specific and will be stated in the quote.

Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, GST invoices are provided with HSN codes.
